[edit] Final Fantasy V

Quick is learned by the Time Mage. It allows the caster to take two additional turns, and can negate an enemy's action if it is cast at the right time. It can be bought in the Phantom Village for 10,000 gil.

[edit] Final Fantasy VI

Quick can be learned from Raiden and Gilgamesh, the latter of whom only appears in the Advance remake of the game. The spell can only be used on the caster, and gives them two turns right away, and stops all other party members and enemies from acting until they have taken their extra turns. By combining the spell with the Soul of Thamasa Relic, the equipped character can effectively cast five spells a turn, and by combining the spell with Genji Gloves and a Master's Scroll, it is possible to attack sixteen times in a turn, at the cost of 99 MP.

[edit] Final Fantasy X

Although not a Spell, the Skill Quick Hit, located in Tidus's section of the Sphere Grid, allow a character to attack with a short recovery period. The International/PAL Version also includes Quick Pockets in Rikku's section, allowing a character to use items with a short recovery time.
