Qator is the Brigadier General of the Milites Empire and is a proud, blond-haired, light-blue eyed soldier who wears a patch over his left eye. He can often be found fighting on the front line, wielding a sword in one hand and a pistol in the other, and is also known to be an expert magitek armor pilot. According to the Crimson Codex, Qator is 28 years old and 190cm tall.
Brigadier General of the Milites Army. He is a skilled Magitek Armor pilot who has been instrumental in the field research and production of new suits. As a general, he is always at the front lines of battle, overseeing and joining the action when necessary from the seat of his aerial Magitek Armor, Gabriel. He has earned himself many nicknames by his fellow soldiers as his renown has increased over the years, including "White Thunder" and "Pale Reaper."

In Final Fantasy Agito, Qator assists with the Magic Academy's invasion.
During Rubrum's attack on Cogoreen Fortress, Qator personally slaughters many of the opposing soldiers with his Magitek mech before confronting Class Zero. He is forced to fall back after fighting them.
When Class Zero arrives at the capital of Milites, Qator attacks them head on in his Magitek mecha Gabriel before learning that an Ultima nuke secretly installed into the Gabriel. Refusing to allow the city to be destroyed, Qator takes the nuke into the atmosphere and jettisons it. However, the Gabriel was injured from the fight and thus was unable to escape the explosion.
Qator pilots a Magitek armor called Gabriel that is capable of flying with a jet fighter mode. He is fought twice in Chapter 2 and again at the end of Chapter 7.
Qator is voiced by Hideo Ishikawa in the Japanese version. He shares his Japanese voice actor with Cait Sith from Final Fantasy VII, Auron from Final Fantasy X, and Squall Leonhart from the Kingdom Hearts and Dissidia series.
