Pyramid is an enemy from Final Fantasy VII. It appears when Turks:Reno uses the attack Pyramid at the boss battle at the end of "Prevent the Fall of the Plate". The character that the Pyramid appears over becomes imprisoned, making them incapable of acting. The Pyramid itself cannot do anything. A single attack, either physical or magical, will destroy it.
A Pyramid is much like a KO or Petrify; if a character is in a Pyramid when the others are knocked out, the player will receive a game over.
The ten test enemies use the Pyramid model instead of their name's respective enemy model in all non-JORG releases of the game.

Notes[]
- Despite Pyramid's stats suggesting it should award 2 AP upon death, no AP is awarded. This is due to its programming to "remove" itself from battle before it dies. Enemies that are removed this way award no AP, EXP or gil to the player.
Etymology[]
pyramid is a structure whose shape is roughly that of a pyramid in the geometric sense; that is, its outer surfaces are triangular and converge to a single point at the top.
