The first appearance of Pummel, used by Sabin, in Final Fantasy VI.

Pummel is a recurring ability from the Final Fantasy series, and is normally associated with the Monk class. It is usually a low-level melee attack consisting of a series of punches.

Raging Fist was called Pummel in the North American Super NES release. It is Sabin's first Blitz, and attacks an enemy with 110 Battle power, ignoring Defense.

Beat Rush is Tifa's first Limit Break, doing 1.25 times normal damage to a single enemy.

Punch Rush is one of Zell's basic Duel commands. It is performed by pressing Image:Circle-button.png and Image:X-button.png.
