This squirrel will die if you simply leave it alone. Sad, isn't it?

Final Fantasy VI PlayStation Bestiary entry

The Peeper, formerly called Peepers, is an enemy in Final Fantasy VI. If Locke is in the party, he can steal Elixirs from them.

Stats[]

Battle[]

FFVI Tail

Tail.

Peeper has only one HP and inherent sap status, so it will always die on its first turn and only uses physical attacks. Locke can steal an Elixir from it rarely, and they can teach the Lore White Wind.

Due to Peepers' fragility, this is an ideal enemy to battle to uncurse the Cursed Shield.

Strategy[]

Because Peepers has only one HP and sap status, the first thing to do is to cast stop on it to freeze the sap status in place, allowing Locke to steal from the enemy. The player can also have Relm use Control to cast the Lore White Wind with Strago in the party.
