Ouroboros is an enemy fought at Lake Dohr and the Saronia Catacombs. It is a weak enemy, but can be dangerous as its regular attack can inflict Petrify on hit.

Final Fantasy VIEdit

Ouroboros is an enemy fought at Phoenix Cave. Its defenses are high, but it has low HP so it's not too difficult to defeat with Ice-elemental attacks. It attacks with Bio and the Zombie-inducing Negatouch.

The Ouroboros is Greek for "tail-devourer". It is an ancient symbol depicting a serpent or dragon swallowing its own tail and forming a circle. It most commonly symbolizes cyclicality, unity, or infinity.
