Onion Knight is a job from Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions. It has Onion Knight basic stats and no real abilities. It has hidden potential, in that its power depends on the number of other jobs the unit has mastered, much like Freelancer in Final Fantasy V.
To get one level, the character must master two jobs; to get the maximum Onion Knight level the character must master fourteen jobs. However, mastering the Squire, Chemist, Mime, or Dark Knight will not count towards leveling up an Onion Knight.
Although able to equip all weapons, this sad warrior excels at none, and is far from being the most powerful.

The Onion Knight learns no abilities and is unable to equip abilities of any kind. Onion Knights' special ability being able to use any kind of equipment, and is the only job class to equip the famed Onion equipment.
