Omega Badge (オメガのくんしょう or オメガの勲章, Omega no Kunshō?, lit. OmegaMedl), also known as Omega Medal, is a recurring item and accessory in the series. It is awarded typically for defeating Omega, a recurring powerful superboss. Awarded as a trophy, it often does not provide any bonuses in gameplay.

Final Fantasy VEdit

V Omega Badge is awarded once the player defeats Omega. The item exists to prove that the player has defeated Omega, and does not provide any tactical advantages.

Final Fantasy VIIIEdit

VIII Proof of Omega (オメガの証, Omega no Akashi?, lit. Evidence of Omega) is a menu award for defeating Omega Weapon.

Final Fantasy XIIEdit

XII Omega Badge (オメガの紋章, Omega no Monshō?) is a loot dropped by Omega Mark XII, likely as a reference to Final Fantasy V. Unlike its Final Fantasy V appearance, however, Omega Badge does serve a purpose: it can be used to create the Bazaar item, Dragon Crest, which provides a Wyrmhero Blade.

Dissidia Final FantasyEdit

Dissidia Omega Badge appears as a trade accessory. It is provided as Battlegen from the Omega Friend Card. It provides +4 LUK.

Dissidia 012 Final FantasyEdit

Dissidia012 Omega Badge returns in the sequel, and also provides +4 LUK. It can be found in the Pervasive Sorrow (bottom right chest) or Solitary Salvation (top left chest) sections of the Confessions of the Creator.

Final Fantasy Record KeeperEdit

FFRK Omega Badge is a five star accessory which can be obtained by defeating Omega on the Vale of Memories event. In order to unlock the battle against Omega, the player must complete all of the dungeons of the event. It gives +20 ATK and +15 RES to its user.
