Noel's Crystarium.

Each paradigm role can attain level 99 and the Crystaria and there are twenty-two stages at each a bonus is selected. Noel has the superior HP and Strength growth. There are two types of node spheres: small and large. Small spheres in the same positions tend to give similar stat bonuses on each playthrough, while the large are role-sensitive.

Commando

Ability Level Description ATB Cost
Attack Default The basic physical assault move of the Commando. The Strength stat determines the level of damage inflicted. 1
Ruin Default Inflicts non-elemental magic damage on a single target. 1
Blitz 4 Inflicts physical damage on all adversaries in range. Best used against targets at or near the center of tightly packed groups of enemies. 2
Blindside 8 Almost doubles the damage dealt by normal attacks when a non-Staggered adversary is not targeting a party member who has this skill. Working alongside a Sentinel increases the likelihood of obtaining a regular Blindside bonus. Auto
Scourge 12 Modifier of normal Attack increases to 5.0 when an enemy is poised to recover from a Stagger. Auto
Ravage 15 Bolster Blitz or Ruinga at head of attack queue when Ravager is present Auto
Launch 18 Used automatically when the Attack command is selected against a Staggered enemy. By chaining moves on an opponent while they are airborne, it is possible to "juggle" them with further hits. Auto
Smite 22 Modifier of normal Attack increases to 5.0 when a Launched enemy is poised to recover from a Stagger. Auto
Lifesiphon 28 Recharges one ATB gauge segment after slaying a target. Auto
Ruinga 33 Same effects as Ruin, but acts as a more powerful area-effect upgrade. 3
Powerchain 38 If the enemy's Chain Gauge is empty when the Commando's attack lands, Powerchain strengthens the blow, granting almost double damage. Auto
Deathblow 50 Instantly slays a target with low HP. Auto
Adrenaline 60 Boosts Strength and Magic by 20% when HP is above 70%. You can enhance this effect with equipment that provides the High HP: Power Surge synthesized ability. Auto

Ravager

Blizzard Default Deals Ice damage to target. 1
Froststrike 5 Physically attacks a target with a blow infused with the Ice element. 1
Aero 9 Deals Wind damage to target and temporarily stun it. 1
Galestrike 13 Physically attacks a target with a blow infused with the Wind element. 1
Blizzara 18 Deals Ice damage to targets in range, staggered targets take more damage. 2
Aerora 23 Deals Wind damage to targets in range, tossing them up and drawing them in. 2
Fire 29 Deals Fire damage to target. 1
Thunder 35 Deals Lightning damage to target. 1
Flamestrike 40 Physically attacks a target with a blow infused with the Fire element. 1
Sparkstrike 45 Physically attacks a target with a blow infused with the Lightning element. 1
Blizzaga 50 Deals Ice damage to targets within a wide radius. 3
Aeroga 55 Deals Wind damage to targets within a wide radius, drawing them up into a tornado. 3

Sentinel

Ability Level Description ATB Cost
Provoke Default Attracts the attention of all enemies in range during 50 seconds, with a 45% base chance of success against each one. 1
Mediguard 3 Reduces damage by 20% while gradually recovering HP. 1
Fringeward 6 Reduces damage to nearby allies by 35% when the Sentinel is the target of an area-effect attack. Auto
Deathward 10 Boosts physical and magic resistance by 25% when HP is low. Can be improved by equipping accessories that have critical triggers (such as casting buffs), the Low HP: Power Surge synthesized ability, and equipment with the Improved Ward passive ability. Auto
Entrench 14 Counterattack after defending, dealing damage determined by how long the Sentinel maintained the defensive stance. 1
Element Guard 18 Reduces damage by 20%, and increases resistance to elemental damage by 33% for all allies. 1
Reprieve 40 If HP is above 30%, the Sentinel retains 1 HP after an attack that would otherwise lead to an instant KO. Auto

Saboteur

Ability Level Description ATB Cost
Deshell Initial Reduce a target's magic resistance by 30% and deals magic damage. 1
Deprotect 8 Reduce a target's physical resistance by 30% and deals magic damage. 1
Wound 18 Deal Wound damage to a target, reducing its maximum HP. 1
Poison 28 Poison target and deal magic damage (0.75% of max HP per second). 1
Dispel 38 Remove a target's most recent status enhancements and deals magic damage. 2
Imperil 48 Reduces a target's elemental resistance and deals magic damage. 1

Synergist

Ability Level Description ATB Cost
Shell Default Raises the target's resistance to magic attacks by 25%. 2
Protect 3 Raises the target's resistance to physical attacks by 25%. 2
Veil 7 Raises the target's status ailment resistance by 50%. 2
Vigilance 11 Decreases a target's odds of being interrupted, and reduces Wound damage sustained. 2
Protectga 18 Raises resistance to physical attacks for all allies by 25%. 3
Shellga 21 Raises resistance to magic attacks for all allies by 25%. 3
Veilga 26 Raises the resistance to status ailments for all allies by 25%. 3
Vigilaga 28 Decreases the odds of being interrupted, and reduces Wound damage taken for all allies. 3
Boon 50 Extends the duration of a target's existing status enhancements by 5 seconds once new buffs are bestowed. Tactically vital, this enables you to "top-up" status enhancements regularly. Auto

Medic

Ability Level Description ATB Cost
Cure Default Restores the target's HP. Cure's actual restorative value is dependent on the Bonus Boost and Magic stat of the Medic. 1
Esuna 8 Removes the two most recently inflicted status ailments from an ally. 2
Curasa 15 Curasa restores more HP when a character is heavily injured, with its effects reduced as they approach full health (when Cure becomes more efficient in terms of ATB cost per HP points replenished). 1
Raise 22 Revives an ally from KO. Health restoration is relatively low, so you must be ready to follow up with curative spells. 3
Cura 29 Restores HP to all allied targets in range. 2
Curaja 35 Same as Curasa, but used on all allied targets in range. 2
