Neela is an enemy that appears in Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII. It can be found in the Luxerion Cathedral on the Final Day.

Neela often seen appear with a Wendigo. Although easy to kill, it can absorb Fire attacks and uses Charge, which deals Fire damage to Lightning.

The best strategy is to equip Lightning with Fire accessories to reduce the damage taken from Neela's Charge attack.

Use Ice-elemental attacks as Neela absorbs Fire.
