Naghi is a member of Class Ninth, which provides intelligence within the Suzaku Peristylium. He is a self-proclaimed idol with an aloof personality. According to the Crimson Codex, Naghi is 19 years old and 178cm tall.
As a student at the Peristylium Suzaku, Naghi believes himself to be very popular, though is somewhat astonished when Nine and Deuce reveal that the members of Class Zero have never heard of him. He is frequently found in the Peristylium's Operations Room.
When the time of Finis occurs, Naghi is one of the students managing the Operation Room after revealing that most of the Peristylium's officials have disappeared and that the Operations Room has been forced to temporarily assume control of Rubrum's forces. When the last of Suzaku's forces are apparently wiped out, Naghi asks Class Zero not to endanger themselves by attempting to stop Cid Aulstyne when Aulstyne reaches a temple that will allow him to destroy Orience, though they refuse Naghi's request.
Throughout Type-0, Naghi offers the students information at a certain price and players can also approach him for certain side-quests. If certain conditions are met, he is assigned to Class Zero by high-ranking officials and the Intelligence Division at the Peristylium to be one of their allies and provide intelligence.
