Mythril Spear is a low-ranked spear that provides 18 Attack, 55% Accuracy, and 2% Evasion. It can be bought for 600 gil (1,500 gil in the NES/PSX versions) at Altair, Paloom, and Poft, or found in the Snow Cave.
While not appearing physically or having any statistics inside the data, there is a text string of Mythril Spear suggesting that at one point during development that this weapon was planned to appear in the 3D remake as a spear.
