Mrs. Cid, called Granny in some translations, is the wife of Cid Haze in Final Fantasy III. She is sick when Cid returns to Canaan, but the Warriors of Light bring her an Elixir to make her feel better. When she is cured, Cid will tell the Warriors of Light about a secret passage in his home. Cid stays behind in Canaan to look after his wife, who he cares for dearly, as shown in his letters.
