Mobliz

Mobliz (モブリズ Moburizu) is a village in the game Final Fantasy VI. It is located at one end of the Serpent Trench.
A farming town, Mobliz also acts as a mail routing community, as it has a post office. Important residents include Duane and Katarin, two teenage lovers.
Despite the presence of an inn, the town's relic shop has a bed in the back room that the party can use to rest up for free.

Mobliz is located on the Veldt. Sabin and Cyan go there to purchase some Dried Meat which they feed to Gau in order to get him to listen to them. Mobliz also houses a wounded soldier. Sabin and Cyan can help him send letters to his girlfriend, Lola, in Maranda. Doing so gets them a reward. Duane and Katarin also propose their marriage here.

Mobliz is no longer on The Veldt, but now marks the eastern end of the now-surfaced Serpent Trench. Kefka has attacked this town with his Light of Judgment. All of the adults who lived in town tried to defend their children from the attack but were slain in the process, leaving Duane and Katarin as the oldest inhabitants left in town. They were charged to care for the orphaned children of the ruined village. Guard dogs were used to notify the town of danger.
Terra came upon Mobliz during her travels after the cataclysm and was inclined to protect the children. As she began to care for them, she began to feel something she never felt before, and thus lost her will to fight. When Sabin and Celes arrived at the town, she informed them of this. Shortly after Mobliz was attacked by the powerful monster Humbaba, prompting a battle between it and Terra where it would emerge the victor. It was then chased away by Celes and Sabin.
Once you get the airship return to Mobliz. Katarin and Terra are in a hidden room behind the bookself in the building where Duane is. Humbaba attacked for a second time soon after. Celes's party battled it once again but were greatly outmatched. As they were on the verge of defeat, Terra stepped in and aided them in their fight. With Humbaba defeated, Terra told the party that she realized the feeling prompting her to abandon fighting was love and decided to rejoin her friends. Duane and Katarin became the leaders of the village in her stead.
