The Mighty Grunt is an enemy in Final Fantasy VII. This enemy appears in the upper levels of the Shinra building. After taking a certain amount of damage, its armor is destroyed and its stats are altered as shown in the table. Simply put, it has higher defenses when its armor is on, but once the armor is gone its speed, evade and attack strength increases. Either way, it should not prove a large threat to your party.
