The main menu in Crisis Core.

The following entails the contents of the menu in Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-.

Items

Item menu.

In this menu, the player can select items to use on themselves (ex., Potions, Ethers, and Somas) and the things or key items you collected on your journey.

Materia

Materia menu.

In this menu, the player can see the materia they've collected.

Materia Fusion

Materia fusion menu.

Here, the player can select assorted materia and items and fuse them together to make a more powerful version, or an entirely different, materia.

DMW

DMW menu.

Main article: Digital Mind Wave

Meaning Digital Mind Wave. This menu shows all of the special abilities you can use. You can obtain them by encounter or, on certain occasions, missions.

Missions

Missions menu.

Here, the player can accept to undergo missions. They can only be activated by entering the area of a save point. Each mission has a different level of difficulty and new ones are unlocked each time one is completed or by special means.

Mail

Mail menu.

Here, the player can look at the mail they received from NPCs in the field. It also contains the tutorial.

Shops

Shops menu.

In this menu, the player can shop at different departments. They are unlocked with special cards.
