Focus your mind to recover the last 20 seconds of AP you have used.
Meikyo Shisui the Samurai One-hour ability. It will instantly grant the Samurai 300% TP, a full TP bar, and a Special Ability status effect will appear for the next 30 seconds thereafter. During this time, the samurai's Weapon skill attacks will only cost 100% TP, where normally they would cost him his entire TP allotment. This allows a Samurai to quickly perform at least three Weapon skills. With special abilities, like Meditate, and the proper equipment, more are possible inside the allotted period of time. One of the most interesting qualities of this ability is that a samurai can perform a skillchain with himself.
Like Astral Flow, the effect of Meikyo Shisui cannot be stolen from monsters by means of Larceny. This is because monster Meikyo Shisui is handled by means of monster scripting rather than the same status effect that players receive.
Tranquility is an ability for Jack that allows him to counter enemy attacks. When upgraded, Tranquility can affect Killsight if successful. The ability becomes available after learning Deliverance: AG Down.
The term Meikyo Shisui is a four letter idiom of Japanese Chinese syncretic philosophy combining the wisdom of Sun Tsu, being that of the "clear mirror", and the wisdom of Confucius, being that of the "still water", in that both are capable of reflecting the truth. It is followed as a trained state of mind not unlike the concept of Mushin, in that being calm and steady to return to one's undisturbed state in the face of adversity or activity, one is capable of properly grasping the situation at hand and learning of its properties undisturbed, to follow through without fault and with understanding of what path of action to take.
