Mallet
Talk0this wiki
- "This handy tool, called a gavel by some aritificers, is said to have once been used to restore order in courtrooms in ancient times."
- —Description, Final Fantasy XII.
The Mallet (うちでの小槌, Uchide no Kozuchi, or とんかち, Tonkachi?), also known as Cornucopia, is a recurring item in the Final Fantasy, usually with the effect of healing Mini. This effect is likely a reference to the legend of Issun-bōshi, in which the legendary object, Uchide no Kozuchi, is used to turn the one-inch tall Issun-bōshi to normal, human height.
Since the Mini status was excluded from some of the most recent games, this item was more recurring in early installments.
