Malboro is an enemy from Final Fantasy VII. It uses an Ice attack and Bio2, and may also use its signature power, Bad Breath, which can be acquired as a powerful Enemy Skill. Bad Breath confuses the party, and the only way to break out of Confusion is to be struck with a physical attack, and the Malboro's attacks are all magical. Thus, unless a party member is immune to Confusion, getting struck with Bad Breath could easily spell the doom of the party.
