The Mad Ogre is an enemy from the Dawn of Souls and succeeding versions of the original Final Fantasy. This recolor is included to look like the Mad Ogre introduced in Final Fantasy IV.

Battle Edit

It is the strongest member of the Ogre family. Using Invisira helps avoid their physical attacks, while Protera helps reduce the damage done by them. They are otherwise no threat to the player if at a high enough level.

Etymology Edit

An ogre is a mythical creature found in West European fairy tales. Ogres are typically depicted as large, mean-spirited, humanoid monsters that prefer to feed on human beings.
