The Doom Mace.

Maces are one-handed weapons whose attack power is affected by the user's Magic Power, making them ideal weapons for magic users. They add +4 to Evasion.

In the International Zodiac Job System, maces are Red Mages primary weapon.

The damage formula for maces is:

DMG = [ATK * RANDOM(1..1.125) - DEF] * [1 + MAG * (Lv+MAG)/256]

Due to the weight put on user's Magick Power recommended Mace users are Ashe and Penelo.
