The Lustrous Sword (光沢のある剣, Koutaku Noaruken?), also known as the Light Sword, Sword of Light (光の剣, Hikari no Ken?), Light Blade, Shining Blade, and Light Saber, is a recurring weapon in the Final Fantasy series. It is usually a powerful Holy-elemental sword.

Final Fantasy IVEdit
The Lustrous Sword, originally called the Light Sword, is a weapon for Cecil found in the Sealed Cave. It has an Attack Power of 80 and 99 Accuracy in the DS release, and 99 Power and 49 Accuracy in the Advance, Super NES, and PlayStation releases. It is Holy-elemental and increases Strength and Spirit by 3. This weapon is metallic.
Final Fantasy IV: The After YearsEdit
The Lustrous Sword is a Holy-elemental, mid-ranked sword found in the Subterrane and dropped by Amazons. It has 99 Power, 50% Accuracy, increases Strength and Spirit by 3. Cecil, Ceodore, Kain, and Golbez can equip it.

The Light Blade is a Sword that can be used by all races. It provides 63 attack at level 1 and 140 attack at level 30, +5 to Stun, has one empty slot and one slot taken up by the ability Jade Essence 1. It can be created for 360 gil by using up three Adaman Tusks, a Platinum, and five Grain of Lights. When turned into a jewel, a level 3-9 Light Blade makes a Holy Stone 1, level 10-19 makes a Wisdonium, and level 20-30 makes a Pearl de Luz.
Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of LightEdit
The Shining Blade has 7 Attack and is Light-elemental. It is Rolan's starting gear and is bought in Spelvia shop for 900g. The stronger Sword of Light gives +17 to Attack and Magic Attack and is also Light-elemental. Sword of Light is obtained by talking to Rolan after defeating Lucifer in Rolan's Soul.
Final Fantasy DimensionsEdit
The Lustrous Sword is the weakest Holy Sword. It provides 65 attack power, +1 Strength, and +1 Wisdom. It is effective against demons, and like all Holy Swords, is holy-elemental.

The Lustrous Sword is a Level 92 weapon exclusive to Cecil. It has 64 Attack and increases his Defense by 2 when he is a Paladin. It can be traded for a Mythgraven Blade, five Blood-Darkened Bones, three Titan Crystals, and 30,390 gil.
Dissidia 012 Final FantasyEdit
