The Lordly Robes, also known as Lordly Robe, Robe of Lords (ローブオブロード, Robu obu Lōdo?) or Lord's Robe, is usually the ultimate piece of armor for spellcaster classes in the Final Fantasy series. It usually provides average Defense, but provides a huge boost to Magic stats.

The Lordly Robes are available in the Final Fantasy 20th Anniversary release of Final Fantasy and grant 37 Defense, 4 Evasion, and regenerates 10% of the max HP to its wearers at the end of the party's turn. Lordly Robes is one of the possible rewards for defeating Chronodia.

The Lord's Robe can be found in the Cave of Trials. It can only be equipped by Porom and it grants elemental resistance against fire, ice and lightning. It gives 19 Defense, 18 Magic Defense, 5 Evasion and 15 Magic Evasion. The robe is only in the Advance and Playstation Portable versions. It boosts Porom's Stamina and Spirit by 10 when worn.
Final Fantasy IV: The After Years

The Robe of Lords can be found in the Depths of the True Moon. It is worn by Cecil, Ceodore. Rosa, Porom, or Leonora, has 19 Defense, 18 Magic Defense, 10 Stamina, 10 Spirit, 5 Evasion, and 16 Magic Evasion. It also grants resistance to all elements.

It is present only in the Advance version of the game and can be found in the Lethe Court section of the Sealed Temple, a bonus dungeon. It can be equipped by White Mages, Black Mages, Time Mages, Summoners, Blue Mages, Red Mages, Chemists, Geomancers, Bards, Dancers, Oracles, Cannoneers, Necromancers and Mimes. The robes give +1 to Magic and have 18 Defense, 22 Magic Defense, 24 Magic Evasion and 2 Weight.

Robe of Lords can be equipped by Dagger, Vivi, Eiko, and Quina, the spell casters in the party. It can be obtained by either stealing from Hades, Ozma, and Quale, be bought for 10,000 points in Chocobo Hot and Cold, be received as a prize if the player delivers twelve Stellazzio coins to Queen Stella, or synthesized from a White Robe and a Black Robe in the Legendary Synthesis Shop for 30,000 gil after Hades has been defeated.
It teaches the Reflect-Null and Concentrate abilities and gives 100% immunity against Wind.
Final Fantasy XII

Called Lordly Robes, it is the ultimate Mystic Armor and appears as a rare treasure in the Henne Mines' special dig area, as well as in the Subterra area of the Pharos at Ridorana. Equipping the Lordly Robes grants the wearer +40 Defense, +5 Strength, and +15 Magic Power. To equip it, the character needs to unlock the Mystic Arm. 12 license on the License Board for 100 LP.
In the International Zodiac Job System version, Lordly Robes are the Mystic Armor 13 license and cost 110 LP. They can be equipped by the White Mage, Red Mage and the Black Mage.
Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings

The Robe of Lords is Kytes's ultimate armor. It has no weaknesses or resistances, and provides +50 Defense, +100 Magick Defense, and +5 to all other stats. It is acquired after clearing Mission 79: Wings of Midnight.

The ultimate robe, the Lordly Robe (called Robe of Lords in the PlayStation version) can be found in the Midlight's Deep level "The Switchback", and in the rendezvous mission "Brave Story". It grants the Protect and Shell status to the wearer and Physical attack +2 and Magical attack +1. It gives 100 HP and 80 MP to the wearer.

One of the hardier robes, the Lordly Robe teaches Absorb MP to the Elementalist and the Illusionist for 300 AP. It also teaches Last Quicken to Time Mage for 300 AP. It provides +28 Defense and +42 Resistance. It can be stolen off Babus during the battle against Exodus, obtained as a reward from the "Unlucky Star" dispatch mission, or obtained as a random reward for completing a mission.

Lordly Robe returns as a high-ranked robe, providing +30 Defense and +52 Resistance, and teaching the Absorb MP ability to Illusionists and Green Mages. It can be bought for 14,800 Gil in the shop after creating it in the Bazaar after using a High Arcana, Pink Tail, and Rainbow Thread.
