The following is a list of items in Theatrhythm Final Fantasy. Items effectively act as a type of ability, acting automatically during a stage when certain conditions are fulfilled. The party can only equip one item per stage and the item is consumed if used.

Healing Items

| Potion | When HP falls below 20%, restores 30% HP. |
| Hi-Potion | When HP falls below 15%, restores 50% HP. |
| X-Potion | When HP falls below 10%, restores 70% HP. |
| Elixir | When HP falls below 10%, restores all HP. |
| Phoenix Down | When HP is depleted, restores 30% HP. |
| Phoenix Pinion | When HP is depleted, restores all HP. |
Augment ItemsEdit

| Light Curtain | Reduces damage to party by 15% for entire stage. |
| Hero Drink | Reduces damage to party by 30% for entire stage. |
| Mog's Amulet | Increases success rate of Probability Abilities by 50%. |
| Ribbon | Increases chances of receiving rare items |
| Giant's Tonic | Increases party members's max HP by 15% |
| Bacchus's Cider | During BMS, increases party members's Strength by 15%. |
| Sage's Wisdom | Increases party members's Magic by 15% |
| Hermes Sandals | Increases party members's Agility by 15% |
| Miratete's Memoirs | Increases EXP received by party. |
| Molulu's Charm | Receive only CollecaCards when clearing a stage, and increases chance to receive new cards. |
BMS ItemsEdit
These items are only used during BMS.

| Ifrit's Magicite | If player successfully calls a summon, guarantees Ifrit will appear. |

| Odin's Magicite | If player successfully calls a summon, guarantees Odin will appear. |
| Bahamut's Magicite | If player successfully calls a summon, guarantees Bahamut will appear. |
| Magick Lamp | Ensures successful summoning during Feature Zone. |
| Shuriken | When monster's HP falls below 50%, deals very low damage. |
| Fuma Shuriken | When monster's HP falls below 50%, deals low damage. |
| Antarctic Wind | When monster's HP falls below 33%, deals medium damage. |
| Bomb Fragment | When monster's HP falls below 50%, deals high damage. |
| Zeus's Wrath | When monster's HP falls below 75%, deals very high damage. |
| Brigand's Gloves | Activates when Steal activates and ensures success. |
FMS ItemsEdit
These items are only used during FMS.

| Tantal Greens | If player successfully calls a Chocobo, guarantees black Chocobo will appear. |
| Gysahl Greens | If player successfully calls a Chocobo, guarantees yellow Chocobo will appear. |
| Sylkis Greens | If player successfully calls a Chocobo, guarantees white Chocobo will appear. |
| Chocobo Feather | Ensures Chocobo will appear during Feature Zone. |
