Template:See Also Lich is a monster found around the Chocobo Circuit's second campaign of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers.

Battle

Lich is the most versatile of the skeleton family, attacking whit a powerful Fire spells from long range as well as a huge Magic Wall Spell which can heavily damage you if you touch the wall of energy while it's up, forcing you to stay in range if you want to be able to attack it. It is also invulnerable to any form of attack so long as it is wearing its crown.

Taking the crown off with a kinetic attack is possible, but it is best if you do this away from the miasma stream. If not done so, Lich will use its magic to summon a new crown from the miasma stream. If you manage to Knock them down and get their heads off, they will also drop their swords, allowing you to steal them from it, however unlike with the Blood Bones, doing so won't reduce their strength.

It is not a good idea to knock two Blood Bones together next to a Lich, it will rush in and jump into the Blood Bones to Fuse with them creating the Lost Emperor.

Etymology

In fantasy fiction, a lich is a type of undead creature. Often such a creature is the result of a transformation, as a powerful magician or king striving for eternal life uses spells or rituals to bind his intellect to his animated corpse and thereby achieve a form of immortality.
