L4 Suicide

L4 Suicide is an Enemy Skill in Final Fantasy VII. It takes 31/32 of HP from all enemies with a level divisble by 4, and may cause the Mini status. The spell cannot kill an enemy. The MP cost is 10, and L4 Suicide can be learned from the enemies Mu, and Trickplay.
