Kunoichi is a boss in Final Fantasy III. She is not very strong, usually attacking but sometimes uses magic. It is worth noting that she can strike up to three times per turn. Strike with everyone else (Flare with your Magus seems to be quite good against her), either with physical attacks or Black magic, healing the entire party with your Devout in every turn, and she will go quickly. When she is defeated the party receives the Masamune.

Kunoichi is the Japanese term for a female ninja. The characters which make up kunoichi are a mix of kanji, katakana and hiragana; as they derive from the character for woman.
