Kim Mai Guest.
Kim Mai Guest (born August 5th, 1969) is an American voice actress. She is the voice of Shalua Rui in Dirge of Cerberus -Final Fantasy VII-, Alyssa Zaidelle in Final Fantasy XIII-2, and Celestia in Final Fantasy Type-0 HD.

Background
Outside of the series, Guest is best known as the voice of Mei Ling in the Metal Gear series. She is also the voice of Martel and Tabatha in Tales of Symphonia.
