"Kids Run Through the City" (街角の子供達, Machikado no Kodomotachi?) is the regular Town Theme of Final Fantasy VI. It was composed by Nobuo Uematsu.

Being the "town theme" for its game, "Kids Run Through the City" plays as the background theme for several towns and villages during the first half of the game: South Figaro; Mobliz; Nikeah; Kohlingen; Jidoor. After the end of the world, this theme only appears as the background theme for South Figaro and Kohlingen, after visting it with Locke.
"Kids Run Through the City" is the twentieth track of the game's soundtrack's first disc and of the Kefka's Domain - The complete soundtrack from the Final Fantasy III video game album.
"Kids Run Through the City"'s arrangement by TOSE for Final Fantasy VI Advance was released as the twentieth track of the Final Fantasy Finest Box collection's fourth disc.
