Strategy

To get a five star rating, one should kill the Behemoth before it transforms. A preemptive strike is highly helpful. This can be done without a Deceptisol if the Behemoth is drawn away from the water and the player attacks it exactly from its back (this may take a few tries). This will allow a quick stagger. If this cannot be done, it is recommended to use a Deceptisol before fighting the mark.

It is possible to get a five star rating if one can launch and juggle him right after he transforms. One might have to use a Deceptisol and Fortisol, but it may be possible without it. It is recommended to use the Relentless Assault paradigm (COM/RAV/RAV) or the Aggression Paradigm (COM/COM/RAV).

One can change the battle team to Sazh (leader), Fang and Lightning, start with the Hero's Charge paradigm (SYN/COM/MED), until all characters are buffed with with Haste, Bravery, Vigilance, and Faith, then switch to Diversity (COM/RAV/MED), or if the MED isn't needed, switch to Relentless Assault.

When the Kaiser Behemoth transforms, the party should switch to Evened Odds (SYN/MED/SAB) and inflict Slow and Curse to it and switch back to Diversity or Relentless Assault. The party should use Mallets when Kaiser Behemoth casts Fogga.
