"J-E-N-O-V-A" is Jenova's theme, from Final Fantasy VII. It is played during the battles with Professor Hojo, Jenova BIRTH, and Jenova DEATH, as well as during a stage at the end of the game.
It is notably absent during the fight with Jenova LIFE, during which "Aerith's Theme" is played instead. When the theme shifts to the major mode for the "fanfare" section just before it starts over, the chord progression is either identical to or a transposition of the second half of the Prelude, depending on the relative keys of the two themes.
