Izayoi (十六夜) is one of the Eblan Four in Final Fantasy IV: The After Years, and is known as Izayoi of Water. She is a kunoichi who always views battle in a calm and collected manner. At times, she is known to make use of her other fascinating assets, though she views herself as a Ninja first, a woman second. Her name literally means "sixteenth night" which refers to the lunar phase known most commonly as the Full Moon.
She has the ability to confuse enemies with her "Illusions" ability, and can also equip katanas, boomerangs, whips, and bows. Although most effective with the latter two.

[edit] Equipment and Stats
Izayoi's stats are mediocre, and she is one of the weakest physical fighters of the Eblan Four, specializing mostly in healing. But her stats and abilities for this are easily surpassed by any White Mage. She is right-handed and can only use most basic Ninja equipment.

Compared to the other Ninjas, she learns the most healing Ninjutsu, with a total of three. However, none of which can be cast on multiple targets, and are weaker than the most high leveled White Magic. Of the other four ninja, only Edge and Tsukinowa learn any healing moves.
Her personal skill 'Illusions' can confuse enemies, but is not anymore effective than a simple Confuse spell.
