Iron Pole in Final Fantasy XII.

It is rare to find something so handsomely crafted so efficacious at crushing in skulls.

Iron Pole (鉄棒 or 鉄棍, Tetsubō?) is a recurring weapon in the series.

Final Fantasy XIIEdit

XII Iron Pole is a mid-ranked pole that provides 51 Attack, 25 Evade, 30 CT, 12% Combo Rate, and can inflict Slow at a 10% chance. It requires the Poles 3 License in order to equip, and can be bought for 5,300 gil at Rabanastre, Nalbina Fortress, and Mt Bur-Omisace, dropped from Clay Golem (3% chance), or bought from the Bazaar from the "Iron-forged Pole" pack.

In the International version, Iron Pole now provides 46 Attack, 30 Evade, 25 CT, 15% Combo Rate, and 10% chance of inflicting Slow. It still requires the Poles 3 License, but now can be bought for 4,230 gil at Jahara and Mt Bur-Omisace, dropped from Clay Golem (3% chance) or Great Malboro (1% chance), bought from the Bazaar from the "Iron-forged Pole" pack, or found in Giza Plains during the rainy season at Gizas North Bank, or at the Zertinan Caverns (Halls of Ardent Darkness).

Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the RiftEdit

TA2 Iron Pole is a mid-ranked pole that provides 40 Attack, 2 Defense, and 2 Speed, and teaches the ability Life's Embrace for 250 AP to the Geomancer. It can be equipped by the Geomancer, Master Monk, Dancer, Heritor, and Chocobo Knight classes. It can be obtained from the Bazaar from the "Uncommon Poles D" set.

Iron Pole is the second strongest staff, bested by the Diamond Staff. It provides 34 Attack and 90 Aim, and can be bought for 3,000 at the Grandship or stolen from Land Turtle.

Dissidia012 Iron Pole is a level 1 pole that provides +11 Attack, +35 Bravery, and -159 HP. It can be obtained from the shop by trading 4,090 gil.
