Initiative

Initiative is a support ability in various Final Fantasy games that increases the chance for the entire party to begin the battle with full ATB bars.

GFs Pandemona, Cactuar, and Tonberry learn the ability Initiative for 160 AP. Junctioning the ability to any character will allow them to start battles with a full ATB gauge.

Only Freya can learn the Initiative ability by equipping either Obelisk or Battle Boots.
[edit] Final Fantasy X
Initiative can be customized to any weapon to raise the chances of a Pre-Emptive strike at the start of a battle.
