Imp, or Garchimacera in the Japanese version, is an enemy from Final Fantasy VIII. A fiendish enemy, Imp is usually found in groups or accompanied by other monsters. Even when encountered alone, Imp is not to be trifled with.

When Imp has lost an indefinite amount of HP, it will start to Fly, and when this happens, Imp will stop using Firaga, Blizzaga, and Thundaga, instead using Quake, Tornado, or Meteor. It may also cast Holy upon its defeat.
