The Immortal is an enemy that appears in Final Fantasy XIII.

The Immortal uses Forge Blade at the start of battle to summon a Centaurion Blade. So long as the Centaurion Blade remains on the field, the Immortal will use a powerful lightning-based ability called Electrocute to deal heavy damage to nearby party members. Should the Immortal perish, so will the Centaurion Blade.
