Imdugud is a Rare Game enemy found in Nam-Yensa Sandsea in Final Fantasy XII. It is a stronger version of Zu. The player can steal the Shielded Armor from it. Imdugud is a flying enemy, so the party must use ranged weapons (and/or poles, rods and spears in Zodiac versions), magick, or long range Technicks, such as Telekinesis.

It is also fought optionally in the Zodiac versions' Trial Mode Stage 8 alongside six Bagolys, where it appears if the player idles in the circular area where the Bagolys are. In the Trial Mode, it usually drops motes, but very rarely drops an Elixir. At the Trial, the player can steal a Killer Bow (common), Sirius (uncommon) and Paramina Crossbow (rare) from it, and poach it into Eksir Berries or a Hastega Mote.

Map of Imdugud's approximate spawn point.

Imdugud spawns in the Withering Shores zone in the Nam-Yensa Sandsea in the portion of the zone accessible only through the Zertinan Caverns. The player must position the party on the center of the circular platform and wait ten seconds (the platform where the party faces Ba'Gamnan for the second time).

Imdugud will spawn near the shore on the opposite side of the zone and fly over towards the platform. Exact positioning on the center of the platform is key to spawning this enemy. If the player isn't in the exact position, Imdugud can take a long time to appear.

If the player takes too long to defeat it, it will fly away temporarily, though it will not heal itself.
