Ifrit is a boss from Final Fantasy VI.

Ifrit starts the battle using physical attacks and Fire-elemental magic. Just keep using physical attacks, Blitz, Bushido, Tools, and Ice-elemental magic and he'll counter with Fire and Firaga. Runic is handy in this battle since all his counterattacks (and even Shiva's) are magic, but he will still use physical attacks so heal when needed. After using six or so Fire spells, he'll switch to Shiva.
