The Ice Golem is a monster from Final Fantasy Mystic Quest, the Fiend of Water, and one of the Vile Four. It hides on the top floor of the Ice Pyramid, but creates a decoy of itself that appears in the basement. The decoy disappears when Benjamin and Phoebe approach it, and they must climb a large stairway to reach the real Ice Golem.
The Ice Golem's attacks are largely physical, including a powerful Ice Block and a Snowstorm that hits both characters and also heals the Golem. After it is defeated, the Crystal of Water reverts to normal and Aquaria thaws out. Ice Golem is later reincarnated as the Stone Golem in Doom Castle.
