Template:Sideicon Template:Enemy The High Reaver is a giant/behemoth-type enemy from Final Fantasy XII found among Reavers in the Pharos. The High Reaver is a stronger form of the Reaver. Two of them are fought alongside three Reavers and a Crystal Knight in the Zodiac versions' Trial Mode in Stage 82.

High Reaver was named Apanda Leader in the Japanese version, a reference to the Apanda in Final Fantasy Tactics (which in turn is retranslated as Reaver in The War of the Lions).

Page 1: Observations

Being a giant entity with the power to cross the divide between this world and the spirit world. Its body is highly muscled, requiring massive amounts of energy to sustain movement, as the reaver's voracious appetite for the flesh of other creatures well attests. The horns atop its head are of incredible hardness, able to notch even adamantite. On rare occasions a reaver of exceptional strength is born, this being a high reaver, and even more to be feared that the more common variety.
