A Hero enhances their Attack power to deal massive damage to enemies and has a higher chance of getting psyched up. The Crown is useful in normal battles, especially after learning the Bladeblitz ability, which when equipped with a powerful weapon can instantly kill every enemy that is in the character's level range, excluding bosses. In addition, Wrath and Finale deal massive damage to bosses. The character Rolan joins the player's party as a Hero.
The crown has great proficiency with all kinds of weapons, but they are usually recommended to have a sword in battle. The Hero crown has decent proficiency with both kinds of magic, but they should only level one spells to avoid wasting AP. The Job's special armor, Hero Armor, provides a 10% boost to the user's Spirit, Intellect, and Strength.
