Hell Rider VR2 is an enemy in Final Fantasy VII. It appears on the wastelands near Fort Condor and Junon. It can use Electromag to invert the party's rows, which can be irritating, but is not particularly dangerous. Overall, the Hell Rider is not a threat, and the party can easily travel to Junon without encountering it even if it were.
Despite its name, there is no "Hell Rider VR1" in the game. An enemy with a similar name, Devil Ride appears, but the two have absolutely no connection to each other. However, Hell's Rider appears in Final Fantasy VI, and bears a significant resemblance to Hell Rider VR2. The two share the exact same names in the Japanese version bar the addition of VR2 to the Final Fantasy VII enemy.
