HP Leak is a status ailment from the game Final Fantasy VI. It is similar to Poison and Sap statuses. However, HP Leak cannot be cured, and it overrides any current Regen status set on the characters including those from inherent sources like the Angel Ring relic. It can only be caused by the attack called Poltergeist, an attack used by both Chadarnook (Goddess) and Death Rider.
