Gulgan

Gulgans are sightless sages that foretell the future in Final Fantasy III and live in Gulgan Gulch. They are central characters in the unfolding of the story. One of the Gulgans gives the Warriors of Light the White Magic spell, Toad. They also predicted that the Tower of Owen is in great danger.

The Gulgans are likely a reference to Odin from Norse mythology.
