Guardian Mog (モグのおまもり, Mogu no Omamori^?) is an ability exclusive to Final Fantasy IX, and is exclusive to Eiko. It is learned through the Ribbon and Madain's Ring for 30 AP. It removes all status ailments before EXP and AP are given at the end of battle.

Should Eiko be the last person standing, given that the summon Phoenix has been acquired and learned by its corresponding item, Phoenix Pinion, she will summon an alternate version of the eidolon Phoenix, which resurrects the three fallen party members with an amount of HP equal to that of an ordinary reanimation from the Phoenix summon chosen from the list of available summons.
