The Great Behemoth, also known as GtBehemoth, is an enemy in Final Fantasy VI. It is a difficult enemy because it counters most attacks with Haymaker, which is a powerful physical attack. When left alone it casts Meteor at will, which is also dangerous. It is recommended to defeat it first.

In the DS version of Final Fantasy IV, Fusoya said "Long ago, the world that lay between the Red Planet and the Great Behemoth stood at the verge of destruction." This isn't a reference to the Great Behemoth, but refers to Jupiter, the biggest planet in our solar system.
