The Hi-Ether Glutturn is one of four variations of one enemy in the Advance version of Final Fantasy VI. It is encountered in the Soul Shrine randomly. It asks for Hi-Ethers and if it is not given one after a turn, it will start using its special, Punish, twice, to inflict Instant Death, which will ignore immunity, to two party members. This will be repeated. Life 3 is a must for this battle, as well as Haste so you can keep up with the Glutturn's attacks. Vanish will also work, since Punish will miss. After it dies, it will cast Blaster in an attempt to kill all of the party members. It has a valuable Celestriad to be stolen.
