Giant's Drink, also known as Giant's Tonic, Stamina Tablet, Stamina Tonic, and Goliath Tonic, is a recurring item that increases the maximum HP of a user, oftentimes to the effect of double their current max HP.

Final FantasyEdit

Giant's Tonic appears only in the Dawn of Souls and 20th Anniversary versions, and raises max HP by 200. It can be won from Tyrannosaur, or found inside the Hellfire Chasm (x2), Lifespring Grotto (x3), and Whisperwind Cove (x8).

Final Fantasy VEdit

Goliath Tonic, originally called Giant Drink, is a mixing item that can only be used in battle through the Drink command ability of the Chemist job class. It can be bought for 110 Gil in several shops, won from several enemies, found in Istory Falls and Great Forest of Moore, and stolen from Ironback and Carbuncle.

Final Fantasy XEdit

Stamina Tablet doubles the max HP of one character, while Stamina Tonic doubles the max HP of the entire party.

Stamina Tablet can be found on the road to Guadosalam in treasure chests by having Rikku use steal on the chests. It is not guaranteed it will be obtained, because other items may pop up. They can also be stolen from Yunalesca, Abyss Worms, Adamantoises, Ironclads and Vorbans, and bribed from Bashura and Defender. They are also a treasure obtained from Magic Urns and 60 are obtained by unlocking the One-Eye at the Monster Arena.

99 Stamina Tonics can be obtained from the Monster Arena by unlocking Stratoavis. They can be stolen from Machea, Catoblepas and Dark Yojimbo, dropped by Abyss Worm, and bribed from Iron Giant and Gemini.

Final Fantasy X-2Edit

Stamina Tonic and Stamina Tablet return and function in the same manner as in the previous game.

Stamina Tablets are dropped by Ironside and YSLS-99, and can be stolen from oversouled Ironside and oversouled Sand Worm.

Final Fantasy XIEdit

Giant's Drink is a temporary item from Final Fantasy XI. When used, it will increase the maximum HP of the user by 100% (including modified HP from gear) for 15 minutes. When this increase happens, it will not change the HP that the user has already (ex: if a Paladin with 1000/1200 HP uses a Wizard's Drink, he will have 1000/2400 HP).

Theatrhythm Final FantasyEdit

Giant's Tonic raises all party members' maximum HP by 15%.
