Ghast is an enemy in Final Fantasy XIII. It is first seen in the Pulse Vestige.
They are among the more difficult enemies to defeat in chapter two. Its Fire spell can inflict up to eighty damage on a single character. Beyond chapter two, however, they are a mere inconvenience.
