Generals are enemies fought at Cyclone, Castle Palamecia, and the Iron Bars section of the Arcane Labyrinth. They are relatively strong enemies that drop valuable equipment such as Rune Axes and suits of Dragon Armor.

The General is a boss fought in Eureka, guarding the Excalibur. He is the weakest of the bosses fought in Eureka, using strong physical attacks and spells such as Bio, Drain, and Death.

Final Fantasy IVEdit

The General is a boss fought in Kaipo when resting at the inn for the first time after the events of Mist. The General attacks alongside three Baron Soldiers, and while he himself will not attack, he will flee if all of his subordinates are defeated before he is. Inversely, defeating the General first will inflict confusion upon any remaining Baron Soldiers.

Generals are enemies fought at the Magitek Research Facility, having exceptionally high Defense and innate Protect, making magic the recommended way of defeating them. They fight by using regular attacks, Bio Attack, and Cura.
